At Estrid, we want you to love your smooth skin journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our shaving and body care products. If you are not completely satisfied, we make the return process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Estrid account or visit our self-service portal with your order number and email address to start your return.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging; please ensure that for hygiene reasons, razor blades remain in their sealed wrappers.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
